Quality control is much more than just a production step. With a team of highly qualified and certified non-destructive testing (NDT) experts, we ensure precise inspections that meet the most demanding industry standards.

• X-ray and gamma radiography: Detection of internal defects using high-precision equipment based on iridium 192 and cobalt 60. We also measure radiation in materials to ensure safety and compliance.
• Digital radiography: With the Carestream system, this technology delivers exceptional image quality, transmits results quickly by e-mail and reduces costs through digital adjustments.
• Ultrasonic inspection: This method detects internal defects and measures material thickness to ensure optimum strength.
• Liquid penetrant testing: Detection of surface discontinuities on a wide variety of materials. Particularly suited to the aerospace, machining and foundry industries.
• Magnetic particle inspection: Inspection of ferromagnetic parts to identify defects by deflecting magnetic flux, ideal for metallic materials.
• Multi-element Ultrasound Imaging (Phased Array): Phased Array multi-element imaging enables rapid scanning from different angles, making inspection of welds, corroded areas and complex parts faster and more reliable. This technique offers high resolution without the need for multiple probes, improving efficiency.

Visual and dimensional inspection

Our CSA W178.2-certified inspectors carry out rigorous visual and dimensional inspections, including verticality checks and weld inspections before, during and after welding. This service can be carried out on your premises, in the factory, or on site.

Manufacturing monitoring service

We offer comprehensive monitoring of manufacturing processes on site or in the factory, covering every key stage:

• Progress monitoring and compliance: We check the progress of work, from inspection of raw materials to evaluation of subcontractors.
• Verification of bolt tightening torques: Use of special tools for optimum tightening to specification.
• Inspection of coatings and paints: to ensure even, compliant coverage of surfaces.
• Audit and validation of welding and cutting procedures: Rigorous examination to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
